: Odama Bin Laden dead in shootout.
: Drug dealer killed in shootout
First we were told that Osama fired at them so they retaliated. Then were told that he used his wife as a human shield.Lastly were then told that he didnt do this nor did he fire at them or even have a gun on hium at all. This story obviously is great news that Osama Bin Laden isnt out there dreaming up new ideas to kill people but what im concerned with is the crap lies that they have to say with the news aswell. If they done everything legit then surely they wouldnt have to make stories to justify there actions.
My thinking of this is that if he didnt have a gun then why did they should?. How can someone make a threatening gesture to numerous people pointing guns with shields at him?
The other fact that they released a picture of Obama watching it all unfold live turned out to be another lie just throws up the idea that people will use this to create a conspiracy. Why not just telle the truth, let peopleknow what happened really or just not telle anyone details at all. There was no need to create a whole massive story within itself.
The second heading up there is to do with a swat team going to arrest a suspected drug dealer and human trafficker. The story came out saying that they entered this mans house and he shot at them so they fired back. What really happened was that they entered an ex-marines house. They entered a mans house who had honourably served his country numerous times.According to what came out was that yes he had a gun of some sort in his hand but the safety was still on and he had it pointing at the ground not at the police. The swat team then proceeded to shoot this man 60 times in cold blood.Yes if he hadnt had a weapon in his hands it might have turned out differently but really...60 times.
My point for these two things being together is that both stories came out declaring the authority with bright shining lights. Then the story changes slightly and then again it changes. Now it makes both parts of the US authority just trigger happy. As it turns out there has been no evidence released to say that the ex-marine was indeed a drug dealer or human trafficker. Both these stories i feel just show that the US Government doesnt give a crap about anyone. They can go anywhere and do what the hell they like without consequences.
In no way am i saying that Osama didnt deserve what he got but i think overall they released both these stories with lies to try and deceive people.Maybe the next time something happens we'll get the clear picture first time round instead of being treated like the kids they think we are.
My Thoughts

Esperanto 3
I said recently that i was getting the hang of this language.hmmm maybe i over estimated myself here.
Im using the lernu.net site that i was told of.
Ive came to the section of prefixes and suffixes.eg:
adding aĉ to something makes the word different. say for example "domo" which is house.
say "domaĉo" which is hovel. it refers to the quality of something.
sounds reasonably simple yes but when you have 32 suffixes and 10 prefixes to memorise it starts to become a little difficult.
Maybe ill add a few weeks onto my schedule ive set myself before registering on any forums :).
Anyway im still plugging away at it.Im sure ill get the hang of it.

Esperanto 2
Saluton! Mia nomo esta Craig.
It might sound daft but im getting the hang of this language.
I can actually remember some of it.Unlike French when after 24 hours i forgot pretty much most of what i had learned. With this im remembering single words here and there and its a case of putting it all together to make a sentence.Sounds easy but there is only so many sentences about an apple you can say :)
The other thing i cant figure out is how to do the hat onto some of the letters in the alphabet.
There is a workaround aparently but i cant find it.

Esperanto
About three days ago i somehow came across a language that i had never heard of before.
This language was ofcourse called Esperanto.
From what i have read and found out,it is one of the easiest languages in the world to learn.
It intrigued me.I had to see whether this was true or not.
Seen as im certainly not the cleverest of people on this planet and have a shockingly bad memory i decided to give it a go.
I started by doing the same thing anyone would do when researching something they googled it.
I quickly found a 5 lesson intro on this language within wikibooks. At first it made completely no sense to me and i thought it would be harder than first glance.
Now after a couple of days of just simply reading the same 5 lessons over and over its now beginning to take shape.
Now im certainly not saying that im fluent in the lanugage or anything but im meaning i understand how the language works. The creator of this language simplified things. No more complications of having to remember whether a table if male or female. Its a table thats all you need to know.(btw tablo is table).
Heres hoping that in a few weeks i will be able to write a blog in Esperanto.

Should the Old Firm be closed down?
Ok so last night i sat down to watch a highly anticipated Scottish Cup replay of the Old Firm.
What i got was 90 or so minutes of hatred.
Im saying this as a fan who follows one side of the Old Firm.
I felt that last night it boiled over a little too much. What we needed was a fantastic show of skill, flair and goals, what we got was not football.
There is an interview with one of the senior police chiefs who said he was in a Yorkshire pub watching the game,he said the people in this pub were acting like cavemen because of the match. This match brought us 3 red yards and numerous yellow cards and in amongst this we had several scuffles or heated debates.
Yes it looks all very exciting and dramatic but how about the fact that after this game people will get beaten up,stabbed, stamped on or possibly even killed for this match. Figures show that violence increases dramatically after an Old Firm game.
Ive looked about for what people consider as the biggest derby in the world and this match usually gets mentioned a fair few times.Outsiders looking in might think that this game brings money to our economy and to the Scottish gamebut does mean we have to sacrifice our lives to have it?
I dont know how others living in Scotland have experienced the pros and cons of the Old Firm but for me i would agree with the police guy when he said if he had a button to stop it he would.
Growing up in this area isnt fun being part of the Old Firm show.Asked by strangers what team you support and not knowing what the right answer is(sometimes there isnt a right one)this concludes with a fight a lot of the time aswell.Labelled as one religious faction because of what team you follow isnt the best either.
How about seeing fights all over the place in Glasgow after the game has concluded.
People might agree or disagree with me saying i would rather not have the old firm in Scotland but what they cant disagree with is the fact that this game brings misery to a hell of a lot of people not just because there team has lost.
What annoys me the most is the religious aspect of it.It runs through it no matter how much these clubs try to stop it.Its been there for over 100 years and is never going away.Take a look at Northern Ireland.I was there a while back and walking to the shops was an experience in itself. Rangers flags down one side of the street and Celtic the other. The family member who lives here telling me not to walk down this street or that street.
For the Old Firm its not just a football match it seems more.
Now i know NI is not just a Rangers/Celtic thing but neither is the Old Firm and thats my point.
All these forums and sites saying Old Firm games are the biggest because of the passion and hatred. These guys talking from Canada/England/US/Australia saying all this. They talk of it as if its the best thing in the world.Anyone who has went into Glasgow for a beer or two after one of these games would tll you's differently.
Even though i support one half of these teams.I still believe that Scotland would be better off without these two teams.

The Green Lantern
Its finally here.
The official trailer for the Green Lantern has been released and it looks awesome.
No more fakes with bits of Transformers thrown into the video this is the real deal.
From the looks of it i'd say its going to be a good film.
Its possibly my most anticipated film since The Dark Knight.
Have a look.

1920's Time Traveller?
This was shown to me quite a while ago but i completely forgot about it.
I somehow stumbled onto it once again and this time i took a closer look.
Yes it does indeed look eerily close to being someone on a mobile phone talking away.
The guy who posted it also thinks it looks more like a man in drag.
He stated that he put it to 100 film people and they couldnt come up with an explanation for it.
After looking at the video for maybe a whole minute it came to me.
I think there is possibly 2 explanations.
1: Its a Time Traveller. Possibly even John Titor himself.
or
2: Its someone rehearsing a scene for a movie they are about to film.Maybe they have a scene where they are talking on a telephone?
The one thing i do agree with the guy who posted it though, i think it is a man in drag but that isnt anything out of the ordinary.Throughout film history men have dressed as woman and so this could have been an actor playing as a woman. You never know though i could be wrong. It could be a time traveller going back to see the big man himself Charlie Chaplin.Maybe they were huge fan of him and wanted to see him in the flesh.
Lets be honest though whats more likely to be truth?
